If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on. 2. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Add-on within Google Workspace for internal business purposes only. 3. Prohibited Uses You may not: Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Add-on. Use the Add-on for illegal or spam activities. Share API keys provided by third-party services (e.g., Gemini, Winston AI). 4. Data Handling The Add-on processes data only within your Google Sheets. We do not store your content, keywords, or API keys on external servers. 5. Third-Party Services The Add-on integrates with: Google Gemini API: Your API keys are managed by you. Winston AI: Subject to Winston’s Terms. You are responsible for complying with their policies. 6. Disclaimer THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: Accuracy of AI-generated content. SEO performance improvements. 7. Termination We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. 8. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
